Sterner AS is pleased to announce the appointment of Tor Espen Skoglund as the new Sales Manager for the aquaculture market. With many years of experience in leadership roles within the aquaculture industry, Skoglund will strengthen Sterner’s position in an increasingly growing market.

The aquaculture market holds great strategic significance for Sterner, and demand for the company’s solutions has grown significantly in recent years. Especially sought after is the technology related to sludge treatment, which plays a critical role in enhancing the environmental performance of fish farming facilities.

«We are very pleased to welcome Tor Espen to the team. His experience in the aquaculture market, combined with his leadership and understanding of customer needs, makes him a valuable addition to our continued development. The aquaculture market is in constant growth, and we look forward to further strengthening our position», says Stian Johnsen, CEO of Sterner.

The new Sales Manager for aquaculture is based on the west coast of Norway and will be working out of Sterner’s office in Bergen. Bergen and the western region are of high strategic importance for the company, especially within the aquaculture market. Skoglund brings experience from his role as CEO of Innovasjø Akvakultur AS, where he was responsible for business development and sales, with a focus on environmental monitoring solutions. Previously, he also led Aquality AS, a company specializing in product development and sales within the aquaculture industry.

«In my previous roles, I had extensive contact with Sterner’s technology at most of the fish farming facilities I visited. It’s clear that customers are very satisfied with the solutions, making Sterner an incredibly exciting company to be a part of. I am genuinely looking forward to joining the team and working with products that bring such value to our customers», says Skoglund.
